"In Remembrance #2" shows the sacred and solemn moment of the Last Supper, where Christ, bathed in heavenly light, invites His disciples to partake of the bread in remembrance of Him. The minimalism of this painting create a sense of reverence and timelessness, drawing the viewer into the moment as if standing at the table with Him.
One of my favorite things about this painting is the simplicity of its composition. The focus remains on Jesus, seated at the center, radiating quiet majesty.
